Holds extensive hands-on experience in high-voltage motor and generator repair, having served in senior leadership roles including Managing Director at Sulzer Dowding & Mills. He now steers strategic growth and operational excellence across the business.

Started as an Apprentice Armature Winder in 1999, advancing through HV test bed diagnostics, machine validation, and Electrical Management. Recognized for a rare combination of technical authority, high-voltage diagnostics, and strong business acumen in heavy electrical machinery.

Joined Parsons Peebles in 2013 as a trainee electrical engineer. Specialises in optimizing legacy Peebles machinery by bridging historical design drawings with cutting-edge engineering processes. Leads a dedicated technical team across design, custom modifications, and new builds.

Joined Parsons Peebles in 1966 as a student apprentice. Len has held roles across R&D, Noise & Vibration, Machine Dynamics, Mechanical Design, and Quality Management. He is an internationally renowned authority on legacy Parsons Peebles machines.

Began his career as a Parsons Peebles apprentice in 2008, serving as Head of Test from 2015 to 2022. Brings unmatched original equipment manufacturer (OEM) testing expertise and workshop management to oversee high-voltage machine production and overhaul.

Apprentice-trained armature winder since 1998 with extensive workshop and field service experience. Leads our global field services department, delivering on-site repairs, dynamic balancing, laser alignment, and overhaul for both OEM and non-OEM machinery.

Apprentice-trained winder with over 35 years of specialized experience in high-voltage coil manufacturing, stator rewinds, and complex generator repairs. Manages factory workflow to ensure legacy machines are restored to peak original specifications.

Brings 35+ years of specialist knowledge in rotating equipment for industrial end-users and major EPC contractors. Acts as the primary point of contact for global procurement teams seeking custom replacement motors, generator repairs, or technical consultations.

With over four decades of electromechanical background starting as an armature winder, Bryan leads our Health, Safety, Environment, and ISO Quality Management Systems, maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance.

Joined in 2019 and holds in-depth knowledge of legacy Parsons Peebles design databases and serial number archives. Coordinates strategic material sourcing, ERP system management, and supply chain reliability for urgent repair components.

APM Qualified Senior Project Manager specializing in major international capital projects, including new build generators and zero-hour machine rehabilitations for key energy and industrial installations in North America, Europe, and the UK.

Apprentice-trained armature winder with 40+ years in electromechanical repair, including 6 years as General Manager of a major repair business. Manages high-voltage motor and generator overhauls as they progress through our facility.
